Okay! No problem!
Click 'Reply' and at th top of the Reply screen you'll see a button that says Add Attachments. Click on that and presto.
On Mobile Mode it's a little harder- at the bottom of the screen there's a button that reads Desktop. Tap that and it takes you to the Computer Mode. From tere, do the same as you would on a computer. If it says your image is too big, open your picture viewing app and screenshot it, then repeat the process with the screenshot.

Yes it is too big, and I am using my phone so I don't know what picture viewing app ur talking about?
